Privacy policy

Plain-language policy. Effective 2026-07-01.

What we collect

• Account data: email, name if you give one, hashed credentials.
• Billing data: payments are processed by our payment provider; we store invoices and balances, never card numbers.
• Usage metadata: model id, token counts, cost, timestamps, and error codes per request — required for billing and abuse prevention.
• Request/response bodies: not stored by default. Opt-in logging (per key) stores them for your own debugging until you delete them.

What we do with it

Billing, abuse prevention, and support. That’s the list.

What we never do

• Train models on your prompts or completions, or allow routed providers to do so where the provider offers that control.
• Sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
• Read your prompts except when you explicitly attach them to a support request.

Third parties

Requests are routed to the upstream provider serving the model you chose — that’s the product. Each model page names its providers and links their data policies. Our subprocessors (hosting, payments, email) are listed on request.

Your rights

Export or delete your account data anytime from the dashboard or by emailing [email protected]. Deletion completes within 30 days; billing records are retained as legally required.

Cookies

A session cookie for login and a theme preference. No third-party trackers, no ad pixels.
